COMPONENT DESIGN PROTOTYPES
The components we produce are made both through classical and modern methods of reverse engineering with the help of 3D scanning and printing. The main component of our activity is the manufacture of kits that adapt the components from the current production with the parts from classic cars. There are also cases where it is necessary to improve the performance of certain parts or assemblies of parts. In this situation, you either use better materials, either change the shape of the parts or assemblies in order to obtain better performance.
CLIENT CONSULTING
Our company offers expert advice in choosing the materials and the parts that are part of the tubular chassis and roll cages. Also, we offer advice on choosing and installing parts and subassemblies in brake and fuel systems. In this regard, we will guide you in order to choose the right types of materials to use, to understand their gauge and how to choose the consumables you have to use in order to assemble them.
MAINTENANCE & RECONDITIONING
Among our services are maintenance and recondition of auto parts. Some of them require a checkout and maintenance at shorter intervals, and when it is required, some parts need to be reconditioned. Our company has the necessary equipment for proper cleaning of the components that are part of the auto parts. These can be cleaned both mechanically, by sandblasting and chemically, by immersing them in a solvents bath with the help of an ultrasound device.
